SupportDesk's one-step connection, we can begin troubleshooting
online immediately to solve your technical support issue
Here are the steps involved:
- Click on the name below of the person providing support.
- A window will open asking you to download a file – Click
on either Run or Open.
- You may receive another security window verifying that you want
to download the file – click on Open or Run again.
- A Network Streaming window will open and click on “Yes,
Grant Full Control”.
- The support person will then receive a notification and can
then remote into your computer.
